An experienced and qualified counsellor of adults, children and teenagers, higher education tutor and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. With a specific interest in the integration of mindfulness, meditation and creativity with personal development and self-awareness. Believing strongly in the potential each individual holds and the importance of facilitating personal discovery and growth. Combining clinical skills and experience with an interest in writing and art to help others grow.
Scottish Soprano Katy Thomson is increasingly in demand for the uniquely rich tone of her voice and her captivating stage-presence. Alongside performing, she is a dedicated and experienced teacher and workshop facilitator. Katy takes a holistic approach to singing, elite performance and stage-presence. She believes the key to performance is being aware of posture and breathing, remembering that the whole body is your instrument, and allowing the body-intelligence to lead intuitively. Her passion is to help others unlock their full creative potential.
